Can a year lease renew for a year in OHIO?

I signed a year lease in Dec of 07. I still live there but am thinking of moving in with a friend. After checking on it, my lease states that it will renew for the 'same term' (one year) as the lease if I don't move. So its one year or nothing. I was under the impression that a year lease couldn't roll over for another whole year- making that line of the lease not enforceable. I signed the lease in a difficult time and didn't really register that claus, so it snuck up on me. If it IS enforceable, then I guess I'm just stuck. Any input?
