How can i achieve "runners high" QUICKLEY on my mile run in P.E on monday?
ok so i run regularley 21 miles a week, run a mile in 5:40 and am pretty damn fast if you ask me i can run 21 miles an hour for about 6 and a half seconds and my cardio is through the roof yada yada.....anyways i'm the 2nd fastest in my p.e cl only behind a super fast kid. but yea i want to get 1st this time so ill be loadingh up on carbs and eating a light breakfast with coffe and i want to ascend to "runners high" because i know that is the only way that i will beat him so how can i achieve it quickley? should i just start out running the mile as fast as i can for as long as i can right from the start? or what just tell me how i can achieve it QUICKLEY . thanks! :)
