Whos more at fault with this situation between Jay Cutler and Denver Broncos?

First it was the coach fault. He should have handle it in a different way, i don't blame Jay for getting mad at the coach for wanting to dealt him away to another team. But also at the same time a new coach always want his own guy at the helm of the QB position. And now, it's Jay Cutler fault for not coming to sense that football is a business and the coach make the final decision at his team on the field. Jay acted like a jerk and not listening to anyone, that football is a business and they make decision base on their business motto.
