Does anyone have the DMB GrooGrux King album on CD or vinyl?

I have both the vinyl and the CD. The other night I was listening to the record on my record player and after the song "Squirm" I could faintly hear something in the background before the song "Alligator Pie" came on. I turned it up and heard it was a man sort of chanting and singing and there were some dogs barking. Then I listened to the CD and heard it on there too. I was just wondering if anyone knows why this is on there or what the man is saying. Any thoughts or ideas would be helpful too.
