How do I clean out fungus and bacteria in my plastic water bottle?

Personaly, I'd get a new one, but bleach will get rid of most fungus and disinfect - you can dilute the bleach with water - let it stand a while until all fungus is gone; add more bleach if needed. Then wash well with hot soapy water, rinse really well until there is no bleach smell left and let dry.
