My guyfriend is annoying me, what should i do...girls only!?

I am really good friends with this guy who is like the biggest dork in the school. I am very popular which makes our relationship very weird looking (we share some same interests is why were friends) He has sorta a sick sense of humor and enjoys farting on me or near me. I find it very childish but laugh it off. Lately however its becomes such a nuisance that I have contemplated holding him down letting one rip right on his fricken face!! My friend says that i cant cuz it would look like i was picking on him (hot girl picking on dork) I say it would be just friends getting back at each other....what do you all think I should do??
