try the atkins diet or a diabetic diet. Pretty much lower your carb intake. Carbs are things like bread, rice, pasta, corn and peas. Don't drink Juice it has a lot of carbs in it. I'm diabetic and had to do that diet I lost 40lbs in just a few months. I was told by a dietitian 42 carbs a meal, also for breads, rice, etc white is bad, brown is good.
