What should I do here?

This guy is mad at me, ok? But he's too weak to beat me up himself that he 'enlisted' two other people to help. I'm in the 8th grade. Sure I can be a bit of a bully but only after I get bullied first. Like someone gets to me enough and I get tired of it and react. Well, that's what happened here. He likes beating people up at recess but he can't beat me up. I've always knocked him out whenever he started attacking anyone. I'm bigger than most in my cl, yet he still tries to challenge me. At least he got people my closer to my size to pick on me. It's unfair odds, 2 on 1, and they've been talking ****. I'm on probation until the end of January so I can't fight back, nor do I plan to. I don't want a fight, but they seem unable to figure that out. I know that if I even say anything wrong the teachers and/or the police will go against me. I'm not scared of them, I'm 6'2" and 180 pounds and they're not even 5'11". I could defend myself if they attack, but I don't want to. I just want to end this. I can't tell a teacher cause I'll never hear the end of it. Their empty threats are getting really annoying. I know that if I get into a fight anyway they'd fight dirty. It's all not worth it. I just want it to stop. Please help, what can I do?
