Horrible stomach pain, feels like I'm going to puke?

So I've been sick for the last week with bronchitis, an dI'm over that now, but now I hit a double whammy. I puked 2 or 3 times last night, but I still feel the same as yesterday, huge headache, feeling like I'm going to puke and stomach ache. I took some Tums a while ago but it's still not any better. I feel like I'm going to vomit and like it's at the top of my throat but it won't come out. What can I do?
