I'm confused!!!!!!?

hi i'm 38 yrs.old. I have been dating an older guy their is about 14 yrs.difference between us.For little over a month. I like him alot and he tells me he likes me alot and wants to be with me. The problem is he never wants to spend anytime with me lately. when i suggest us seeing each other he says he is busy which he is a busy man. Should he make time for me or am i being selfish and asking to much of him.We have really good chemistry and alot in common . We have a great time when we are together.Am i setting myself up for heartache or should i let it ride and see if things change?He calls me and we talk on the computer alot.He does call and talk to me first.I'm thinking if he really did not like me he wouldn't do that right?I've told him how i feel he just says he is very busy but it leaves me wondering please help!!!! If any guys have a view on this let me know but i'd like to hear from both male and females thanks.
