What do you guys think of my workout ?

Its okay but I don't know what you want out of your results.Are you trying to lose weight?Gain m?Both?if so that alont wont cut it.so here is my referal to this site to help you out on a bit of routines you could do.Not just routines but also good nutrition,all in which is vital so be my guest
