What will happen if I lie about my age on Bank Of America Application?

Im 15, I already have 2 bank accounts, 1 wit a credit union and 1 with 53rd Bank. I want Bank Of America. What will happen if I lie on the application and say i am 18? Will I go to jail or be fined? These rules ares stupid if you can get a job when you are 14 then why cant you get a bank account?
