Getting in shape for beach season?

i wanna get a nice fit body. not like super sculpt but like have more muscle show and be more stronger with like my arm muscles showing more, pecs, shoulders, etc. mostly upper body. i have a lot of shoulder showing, a bit of arm, a bit of pectorals but i want more and to get rid of my gut a little bit. i'm 17 and i need to get workouts that i can do every other day from now till the end of may. is it possible to get a nice fit body with more muscle and tonage if i start working out now till like may? give me workouts to do and a not intense but reasonable dietary list so please give me all your help
